Want to build Smart Bangladesh for young generation: PM

Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that we want to build a ‘Smart Bangladesh’ for young generation.
“We believe the power of youth is very important for the progress of Bangladesh. I want to build a smart society, and the country’s young generation will be the key force in building Smart Bangladesh”, she said.
The Prime Minister said this while addressing a public meeting in Kalkini of Madaripur district on Saturday (December 30) afternoon.
The grand rally was held at the Kalkini Syed Abul Hossain University College ground in Madaripur.
Sheikh Hasina sought vote for her party's election symbol, saying that only 'Boat' can ensure country's development.
“I seek vote for the Boat as it can only ensure country's development. Boat is the only tool to make development of this country,” she said.
The premier, along with her younger sister Sheikh Rehana, arrived in the venue ground which turned into a human sea at 3:30pm.
The AL president introduced all the three AL candidates of Madaripur to the people and sought vote for the Boat.
She asked the voters to go to the polling centres early in the morning and exercise their voting franchise spontaneously.
The AL chief alerted the people that terrorist poetical party BNP and war criminal organisation Jamaat want to thwart the next general election.
