Three killed in Mymensingh road crash

Three people including a woman and her daughter were killed and two were injured as a truck hit an auto-rickshaw at Muktagacha in Mymensingh on Monday noon.

The accident took place at around 2:00pm in Cherumondol area of Mymensingh-Tangail highway.

The deceased are Hasina Khatun, 35, wife of Moulana Nazrul Islam at Binodbari Manpur village, her daughter Adiba, 3, and village doctor Mrinal Chandra Das, 42, at Dawgaon union.

Officer-in-Charge of Muktagacha Thana Md Faruk Ahmed confirmed the news.
