Part of sunken ferry recovered

A part of the ferry Rajanigandha, that sank at Paturia terminal with vehicles, has been recovered.

Salvage vessel Protai pulled up the part of the ferry on Tuesday.

Shah Md Khaled Newaz, deputy general manager of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA), Aricha office, confirmed the news at around 7:15pm.
