Four ministries to work together to control commodity prices

State Minister for Commerce Ahasanul Islam Titu has said that four ministries will work together to control prices of essentials.

The state minister said this while talking to journalists at his ministry office in Dhaka on Wednesday.

“The ministry of agriculture, the ministry of food, the ministry of fisheries and livestock and the ministry of commerce will sit together before the beginning of the month of Ramadan to discuss how to control prices of essentials”, he said.

“We will work specially so that no one can make prices of sugar, edible oil, date and rice instable in the month of Ramadan”, he said.
