5 killed in Cumilla as covered van hits autorickshaw

Five people were killed and two others were injured when a covered van rammed an autorickshaw in Cumilla's Daudkandi upazila on Sunday morning (February 11).

The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

The accident took place in Mahananda area around 10:00am.

Daudkandi police station officer-in-charge (OC) Mozammel Haque confirmed the matter.
