Actions will be taken if any party man joins polls: Rizvi

BNP will not to join the upcoming upazila parishad polls under the current government.   The party will take actions against them who will join the polls.

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said this on Monday while conveying sympathy to the family of BNP leader Abdul Motin, who was found dead at Sherpur upazila of Bogura district last year. 

He said any election under Sheikh Hasina will never be peaceful, and fair. So, BNP has taken a decision not to go to any election under her. BNP still stands by that decision, he added.

Rizvi also conveyed sympathy to the family on behalf of the BNP chairperson.
