Ekramul Haque Titu wins MCC election

Former mayor Ekramul Haque Titu has won the Mymensingh City Corporation (MCC) election.

The voting in the by-polls took place from 8am to 4pm on Saturday. 

Ekramul Haque (clock), also the president of the city Awami League, defeated his nearest rival candidate in a margin of over one lakh votes.

The result of MCC by-polls was announced at the Tarek Memorial Auditorium in Mymensingh at night.
