Journalist Rana freed from jail 

Shafiuzzaman Rana, Nakla (Sherpur) upazila correspondent of the Daily Desh Rupantar, has been freed from jail.

Sherpur Additional Deputy Magistrate Jebun Nahar Rana granted his bail on Tuesday (March 12) noon.
Later, he was freed from jail.

According to sources, a mobile court sentenced him to six months in jail. Later, lawyers filed a bail petition.
