Gas cylinder blast in Gazipur, 25 burnt

At least 25 people have been burnt in a gas cylinder blast in Kaliakoir upazila of Gazipur.

The incident occurred on Wednesday evening in Telirchala area of Kaliakoir.

The injured have been taken to the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery in the capital. 
  
Some of the burnt people are Farzana Akhtar, Mahidul Islam, Nirab, Nargis Akhtar, Zahirul Islam, Shilpi Akhtar, Noor Nabi, Shapla Begum, Md. Solaiman, Md. Akash, Kuti Mia, Sumon Mia and Motaleb Hossain.

According to the locals, Shafikul brought a gas cylinder. But when he tried to connect the cylinder to the oven, he found the gas leak and it caught fire. Later, he threw the cylinder on a road in the area. At least 25 people including women and children were burnt in the incident.
