JnU student’s suicide: First Namaz-e-Janaza to be held at 3pm

The first Namaz-e-Janaza of Jagannath University (JnU) student Fairuz Abantika, will be held at Bahicagaon of Cumilla around 3:00pm.

Apurbo, elder brother of Abantika said that the police will hand over Avantika's body to the family after the post-mortem around 2:00pm. Later, the first janaza will be held at police line high school.

Earlier, the student of Jagannath University (JnU) committed 'suicide' after posting a suicidal note on Facebook blaming the varsity teacher and a classmate in Cumilla around 10:00pm on Friday.

Family members immediately rushed her to Sadar Hospital where she was declared dead around 11pm by the on-duty doctor.
