Natore train services with other parts resume after 2.5 hrs

The rail communication of Natore with the rest of the country was halted for 2.5 hours following a technical glitch in the train engine in between Jongli and Yeasinpur area in the district on Wednesday night.

Sources said Dhaka-bound Lalmoni Express was stuck due to the engine issue. Later, a rescue train from Abdulpur recovered it around 10:30pm.

Natore Railway Station master Md Asaduzzaman confirmed the matter.
