Bhairab trawler capsize: Two more bodies recovered

Bodies of two more victims who were on the trawler that was hit by a bulkhead on Friday (22 March) evening were recovered from the Meghna River near the railway bridge in Kishoreganj's Bhairab.

The deceased were known as constable Sohel Rana and Belon De.

Abdullah Al Mamun, Additional Superintendent of Police at Naval Police Kishoreganj Zone said that the bodies of two more people were recovered from the Bhairab fish store area of the Meghna River in the morning. One person is still missing in this incident.

Earlier on Friday evening (March 22), a boat with 21 passengers onboard capsized. 12 of them managed to swim to the shore.
