Five houses gutted in Munshiganj fire

Five houses were gutted in a fire at Srinagar College gate area in Srinagar upazila of Munshiganj on Saturday evening (March 30).

Local and fire service sources said the fire originated from short-circuit in a tin-shed house around 7:00pm and engulfed the adjacent houses.

On information, Srinagar fire service brought the blaze under control after one and half hour efforts.

Srinagar fire service leader Golam Sarwar confirmed the matter.
