3 overpasses opened for public in Bogura

Three overpasses including one rail overpass have been opened in Bogura as the work is completed, ensuring a hassle-free Eid journey for the people going to the northern region.

Earlier, Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader at the virtual inauguration ceremony held at the ministry conference room at the Secretariat on Saturday (April 6) morning opened eight overpasses, including one rail overpass under the South Asia Sub-regional Economic Cooperation Road Connectivity Project-2.

Of the seven overpasses, two overpasses, namely 178-metre long Fultola and 158-metre Cantonment overpasses were opened in Bogura.

Deputy Commissioner of Bogura Md Saiful Islam joined the virtual inauguration ceremony from his conference room.
