Youth stabbed to death by `teen gang` in Noakhali

A youth was stabbed to death by an alleged teen gang in Sebarhat Bazar of Senbagh of Noakhali on Wednesday night (April 17).

The deceased was known as Shawon, 18, son of Kochi Mia. He was a second-year student of Bashiria Alim Madrasa in Uttar Rajarampur.

Police sources said two youth gang locked into a clash centering a shop in Baishakhi Mela. A total of 6 to 7 people including Shawon received injuries during the clash. Later, the victim was taken to Feni Sadar hospital where duty doctor declared him dead.

Confirming the matter, Senbagh police station Inspector (probe) Helal Uddin said police drive is underway to arrest the killers.
