Navy recovers floating torpedo from Patuakhali

The Navy personnel have recovered the floating torpedo from Bhangar canal at Rangabali upazila in Patuakhali.

Navy officials from BNS Sher-e-Bangla naval base recovered the torpedo this noon (April 29). That is being shifted to the base now.

Rangabali police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Helal Uddin confirmed the matter.

Earlier, a torpedo-like substance having a length of 27 feet and a width of 3 feet was seen floating at a canal at Rangabali upazila in Patuakhali.
