Chuadanga records season’s highest temperature at 43°C

The maximum temperature of the season was recorded in Chuadanga district at 43 degrees Celsius on Monday (April 29). 

Chuadanga Regional Met Office said the district is currently grappling with an intense heatwave and this peak temperature was recorded at 3:00pm.  

People are experiencing the blistering heat as severe heat wave is sweeping over the district. Normal life is being disrupted due to the extreme heat across the district. No one is seen going out of the house without much need in the ongoing heatwave.
