Two trains collide head-on at Gazipur

Five compartments were derailed and train services on different routes disrupted as a passenger train and a cargo train collided head-on at Joydebpur in Gazipur on Friday (May 3).

Joydebpur station master Hanif Mia confirmed the matter.

However, the reason behind the accident and the identities of the injured people could not be known immediately.
