Rohingya youth shot dead, 2 hurt

A Rohingya man was shot dead and two others were injured in a clash between two groups of refugees in Kutupalang camp in Cox's Bazar's Ukhiya on Tuesday night (May 28).

The deceased was known as Sirajul Islam alias Faisal, 35, son of Lal Mia.

The incident took place around 10:30pm at Kutupalang camp-5.

Ukhiya camp’s Irani hill police camp commander Additional police super Angshu Kumar Deb confirmed the matter.
