Two die as cattle-laden truck turns turtle in Cumilla

Two people have died as a cattle-laden truck turned turtle at Eliotganj Daudkandi upazila in Cumilla. Four more people were also killed in the accident.

Of the victims, one was identified as Rasel.

Police said Cumilla-bound a truck turned turtle when its driver lost control over the steering around 10:00am. Meanwhile, a covered-van hit the truck from backside, leaving two people dead on the spot.

Eliotganj highway police station OC Md Manjurul Alam confirmed the matter.
