Fire breaks out at Jhut godown in Chattogram

A fire broke out in a jhut (unused fabric of garment factories) godown at Uttar Kattali area in Chattogram on Wednesday (June 12) morning.

The fire originated around 10:30 am in the godown.

On information, six firefighting units rushed to the spot and started working to bring the fire under control, according to the control room of Chattogram Fire Service.

The origin of the fire could not be known yet.

However, no injuries or causalities were reported till filing this report.
