Padma Bridge collected Tk1650cr in 2 years

Padma Bridge collected Tk 1,648.76 crore as tolls in the last two years. Around 1,27,13,275 vehicles have used the bridge since its inauguration on June 25, 2022.

So far 15,53,704 motorcycles have crossed both ends of the Padma Bridge. Tk15,53,70,400 has been collected as toll from the two-wheeler. Around 3,24,734 private cars and jeeps used the bridge.

Padma Bridge was formally inaugurated by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on June 25, 2022 and was opened to traffic the following morning, marking a significant milestone in the country's infrastructure development and economic enhancement.
