One drowns during clash in Madaripur

Quota protesters clashed with police and BCL activists in Madaripur on Thursday.

A young man drowned in a lake while he was fleeing the spot. 

The deceased could not be identified. 

The clash took place at around 11:00am in front of the residence of Madaripur deputy commissioner.

Officer-in-charge of Madaripur AHM Salauddin confirmed the news.
