Two motorcyclists killed in Gazipur road crash

Two motorcyclists were killed in a road accident in Telirchala area of Kaliakair upazula of Gazipur on Monday evening (July 29).

The deceased were known as Siam Kazi, son of Shamim Kazi, and his friend Rubel Hossain, 19, son of Kuddus Mia.

Locals said that riding a motorcycle, Siam and his friend were going to Mouchak around 7:00 pm. A speedy truck rammed them in Telirchala general pharmaceutical factory area, leaving them critically injured. Later, they were taken to local hospital where duty doctor declared them dead.

Nawzor highway police station OC Shahadat Hossain confirmed the matter.
