Upazila chairman found dead at his residence in Koyra

The burnt body of GM Mohsin Reza, Khulna’s Koyra upazila parishad chairman and upazila Awami League president, has been recovered.

His relatives recovered the body on Monday night.

A mob attacked his house on Monday evening.

The attack occurred when Reza allegedly opened fire on a victory procession, injuring several people.

The other two were identified as Reza's driver, Alamgir Hossain, and his personal assistant, Mofizul Islam. 

Md. Mizanur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Koyra Police Station, confirmed the incident.
