4 of a family killed in Sirajganj road crash

Four members of a family were killed when a truck rammed a microbus in Hatikumrul intersection on Dhaka-Rajshahi highway on Monday morning.

Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Police said a Rajshahi-bound microbus collided head-on with a truck in front of Hatikumrul Matshya Arath, leaving four people in the vehicle dead on the spot and injured the driver critically. Later, policemen from Salanga police station recovered the bodies.

Salanga police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md Enamul Haque confirmed the matter.
