Fire at RFL factory in Narsingdi, one dead

A fire broke out at the Pran-RFL Group’s factory at Danga union under Palash in Narsingdi on Friday afternoon.

According to sources, the fire broke out at the factory of one-time plates and other plastic products at around 5: 30pm.

Being informed, seven units of fire service rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control at around 7:30pm. 

The dead body of a worker named Azharul Islam, 31, has been recovered. He was the son of late Anowar Ali at Radhanagar village under Jamalganj upazila in Sunamganj. 

Senior Station Officer of Palash Fire Service Sadikul Bari confirmed the matter.
