Sarjis Alam, one of the coordinators of the anti-discrimination student movement, said that all political parties should remain united without clash until the people's government is established through fair elections. The allies of dictatorship are desperate to attack.
He said this while addressing a view exchange meeting at Rangpur public library field on Monday afternoon (September 16).
Sarjis Alam said that the student uprising of 2024 was not the product of a single university movement. We must retain the spirit of victory that comes with our collective movement.
If division is created, everything will turn into dust. So, students should be united, he added.
One of the conveners of Dhaka University, Tariqul Islam, anti-discrimination student movement Rangpur Divisional team leader Abu Sayeed Liyon, Imran Ahmed and others attended the program.
