Three killed in Magura road crashes

At least three people have been in separate road accidents in Magura district.

The deceased were known as Sani Biswas, 20, son of Pikul Biswas, hailed from Gouricharanpur area of Sadar upazila, and Muhib Biswas, son of Kamruzzaman Biswas, and Faruk, 12, son of Jahid Mia.

Police said a private car rammed a motorcycle in Signboard area of Kashinathpur around 9:00 pm, leaving the motorcycle rider and his pillion dead on the spot.

Magura highway police Sub-Inspector (SI) Jahangir Hossain confirmed the matter.

Besides, a battery-run auto-rickshaw turned turtle in Narihati area of Sadar upazila, leaving the rickshaw driver Faruk dead on the spot.
