Attack on Taheri’s vehicle in Brahmanbaria

Miscreants carried out an attack on the vehicle of Islamic scholar Gias Uddin At-Taheri in Brahmanbaria town on Saturday noon.

The incident took place in TA Road area.

Gias Uddin informed this to police over mobile phone but police advised to give a written statement, said Brahmanbaria Sadar Thana OC Md Mozaffor Hossain.

He was scheduled there to join a programme.
