Ex-Rajshahi-3 MP arrested from Dhaka

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested former Awami League lawmaker of Rajshahi-3 constituency Asaduzzaman Asad from Dhaka's Baridhara area on Sunday (October 6).

RAB-5 commander lieutenant colonel Firoz Kabir confirmed the matter.

He said Asaduzzaman is accused in several cases following the fall of Awami League government on August 5.

The accused will be handed over to Boalia police station in Rajshahi, the cop added.
