2 killed in Sirajganj road crash

At least two people were killed when a pickup hit a truck in Simantabazar intersection of Kamarkhanda in Sirajganj on Thursday morning (October 17).

The deceased were known as Ashraful, 25, son of Muktar Hossain, Roni Sheikh, 22, son of Mohammad Ali.

Bangabandhu Bridge West Police Station's Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md Anwarul Islam said that the victims were repairing a wheel of their truck this morning. Meanwhile, a pickup hit the truck from backside, leaving the two people dead on the spot.
