Youth killed in Bagerhat road crash

A youth was killed in a road accident in Khardar area of Bagerhat district town on Tuesday night (November 5).

The deceased was known as Tarif Hossain, 27, son of Md Firoz, hailed from Harinkhola area of Bagerhat.

Witnesses said two motorcycles collided head-on in the area around 9:00pm, leaving four people injured critically. Later, the injured were taken to Khulna Medical College Hospital where Tarif died under treatment.

Bagerhat model police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md Saidur Rahman confirmed the matter.
