3 killed in Satkhira road crash

At least three motorcyclists were killed when a truck rammed their bike in Binerpota of Satkhira early Thursday (November 7).

The deceased were known - as Asadul Islam Fakir, 55, son of Shamsur Fakir, Abdus Selim, 35, Abdul Aziz, Arizul Gazi, 28, son of Akbar Ali Gazi.

Satkhira Sadar police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Shamimul Haque confirmed the matter.

He said the three victims were heading towards Patketghata from Satkhira early morning. Meanwhile, a truck hit their bike, leaving them dead.
