Temperature drops to 12.2°C in Dinajpur

The temperature in Dinajpur dropped to a minimum of 12.2°C at 6am on Monday (December 2).

Tofazzal Hossain, in-charge of the Dinajpur met office, reported that the temperature in the region has been consistently dropping. The minimum temperature recorded on Monday was 12.2°C. At 6am, the humidity was at 94%.

Yesterday at the same time, the minimum temperature was recorded at 12°C and the humidity was at 95%.

The intensity of winter in Dinajpur has been increasing over the past few days, with the drop in temperature making the cold more pronounced.

Additionally, fog is settling in from early morning to noon, and the chilly winds are further intensifying the cold.

The cold weather has been particularly difficult for low-income, laboring individuals.
