Temperature drops to 13.5°C in Dinajpur

The intensity of winter in Dinajpur has been increasing over the past few days, with the drop in temperature making the cold more pronounced.

Additionally, fog is settling in from early morning to noon, and the chilly winds are further intensifying the cold.

The cold weather has been particularly difficult for low-income, laboring individuals.

The temperature in Dinajpur dropped to a minimum of 13.5°C at 6am on Sunday (December 8).

Tofazzal Hossain, in-charge of the Dinajpur met office, reported that the temperature in the region has been consistently dropping. The minimum temperature recorded on Sunday was 13.5°C.

At 6am, the humidity was at 97%, with an average wind speed of 1km per hour, he said.

Yesterday at the same time, the minimum temperature was recorded at 10.3°C and the humidity was at 93%.
