Fahim does not know his father, mother, brother die

Mahoymin Siddiqui Fuad had been suffering from a complex disease for almost three years.  He had to be given blood occasionally. When he fell ill on Wednesday (January 8) night, the family decided to take him to Dhaka for better treatment. Around midnight, his father Faruk Siddiqui left for Dhaka from Ghatail in Tangail with his family members.

When they reached the Rajfulbaria area of Savar, two buses hit the ambulance carrying them. At that time, the gas cylinder of the ambulance exploded and caught fire. Later, the fire spread to the ambulance and the two passenger buses. 

Upon receiving information, fire service members reached the spot and brought the fire under control after about an hour and a half of effort. Later, the burnt bodies of 4 members of the Faruk Siddiqui’s family who were in the ambulance were recovered. Even after a long time of death, Faruk Siddiqui's younger son Fahim still does not know that his parents and brother are not alive.

Soma Siddiqui, cousin of deceased Faruk Siddiqui, said, “Fahim is studying in a madrasa from a hostel. He still doesn't know that his parents and brother are no longer on earth.” 

The deceased in the accident are Faruk Siddiqui, headmaster of Bhabandatta Government Primary School, his wife Mohsina Khandaker, son Mahaymin Siddiqui Fuad and his wife's elder sister Seema Khandaker.
