Ferry services resume on Paturia, Aricha routes

Ferry operations on the Paturia-Daulatdia and Aricha-Kazirhat routes resumed this morning after being suspended for four hours due to dense fog.

Nasir Mohammad Chowdhury, DGM at Aricha office, said that the ferry services on the Aricha-Kazirhat route were suspended from 3:30 am as the ferry's marking lights became dim due to dense fog. Later, when the fog cleared, ferry services on the Aricha-Kazirhat route resumed around 9 am.

Similarly, services on the Paturia-Daulatdia route were suspended from 5:30am to due to poor visibility.
