Two killed over land dispute in Brahmanbaria

At least two people were killed and five others were injured in a clash between two groups over land dispute in Sarail upazila of Brahmanbaria on Tuesday (February 4).

The deceased were known as Md Azad, 50, son of Omar Ali, and Md Amanat, 50, son of Misir Ali.

The incident took place around 11:00 am in Bishnutara area of Kalikaccha union of the upazila.

Confirming the matter, Sarail police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Rafiqul Islam said the bodies were being sent to district Sadar hospital for autopsy.
