Obaidul Quader`s Noakhali residence vandalized, torched

Awami League General Secretary and former Minister Obaidul Quader’s Noakhali residence was vandalised and torched on Thursday noon.
Angry protesters attacked his house at Rajapur village under Basurhat municipality in Companiganj upazila.
Witnesses said that a water tank in front of the house and an abandoned car were torched.
Ariful Islam, Noakhali district coordinator of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement, said, “This is the consequence of Awami League’s misrule and Obaidul Quader’s actions.”
The protesters also made vandalism at the house of Quaders's younger brother Abdul Quader Mirza.
