Husband, wife among 3 killed in Dhamrai road crash

At least three people were killed in separate road crash in Dhamrai of Dhaka on Sunday night (February 16).

The deceased were known as Babul Hossain, 30, son of Abul Hossain, his wife Sharmin, 28, and Shuvash Louhkar, 75, son of Sagar Louhkar.

The accidents took place in Bathuli and Balitha areas on Dhaka-Aricha highway.

Golra highway police station Inspector Rupal Chandra Das said three people were killed in separate accidents. The bodies were sent to morgue for autopsy. Legal steps will be taken after consulting family members of the victims.
