Two bikers killed in Sonargaon road crash

Two motorcyclists were killed when a passenger bus rammed their motorcycle in Sonargaon of Narayanganj.

The deceased were known as Tutul, son of Badiuzzaman, and Habib, son of Abdul Baten.

The accident took place in Tipurdi area on Dhaka-Chattogram highway around 10:00 pm on Wednesday (February 26).

Kanchpur highway police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Kazi Wahid Murshed said the two victims went to Sonargaon to visit the tourist spot. The accident took in the area when they tried to return, leaving Habib dead on the spot and Tutul injured critically. Later, the injured was taken to hospital where the duty doctor declared him dead.
