Rajshahi road accident claims 3 lives

Three people were killed and three others injured in a collision between a truck and an ambulance in Rajbariahat area under Godagari upazila of Rajshahi on Monday (March 3).

The deceased were known as Jafar Haque, 45, Sundari, 60, Adari, 35.

The accident occurred around 5:30 am in Rajabari checkpost area of the upazila.

Godagari police station OC Ruhul Amin said that the ambulance was going from to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital from Godagari Upazila Health Complex with a patient. On the way, it collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction in Rajabari area. Three people died on the spot.
