Father, daughter killed in Bogura road crash

A man and his four-year-old daughter were killed in a motorcycle accident in Jamtola area of Mohipur in Sherpur upazila of Bogura today (March 31).

The deceased were known as Shah Alam, 32, and his daughter Sejdan Alam Samanta, 4.

Witnesses said that the accident occurred in the area when a speeding unidentified vehicle hit their motorcycle, leaving three people injured. Later, the injured people were sent to upazila health complex but the due died on the way to hospital.

Sherpur highway police camp Sub-Inspector Abdul Kalekh confirmed the matter.
