Businessman hacked dead in Pabna

Pabna Correspondent: Miscreants have hacked a businessman to death in Pabna Sadar upazila on Sunday evening.

The deceased was identified as Zia Hossain, 27, son of Shahadur Rahman of the upazila.

Sources said four to five miscreants equipped with arms hacked Zia to death in the evening while he was sitting alone in front of his house.

Confirming the matter to risingbd.com, Abdur Razak, officer-in-charge (OC) of Ataikula Police Station, said the reason behind his killing could not be ascertained.
