Bus-truck collision kills 3 in Sylhet

Sylhet Correspondent: At least three people have been killed and several others injured in a head-on collision between a bus and a truck in Rashipur Satmail area under Dakshin Surma Upazila in Sylhet.

The deceased were identified as Abu Bakkar, Akbar Ali and Abdul Jafur.

Locals said that the Sunamganj-bound bus collided with a truck from opposite direction on Dhaka-Sylhet highway around 7:00am, leaving three people dead on the spot and injured others. 

The injured were sent to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College.
