Bus driver killed in Rajshahi road crash

Staff Correspondent, Rajshahi: A bus driver was killed in a road accident at Sarengpur area under Godagari upazila of the district on Sunday morning.

Identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Inspector Altaf Hossain of Gadagari police station said that Chapainawabganj-bound a passenger bus collided with another bus in the area, leaving the bus driver dead on the spot and injured four others.

On information, fire service officials rushed to the spot and sent the injured to local hospital.

The dead body was sent to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy, Altaf Hossain added.
