Three killed in lighting strikes in Habiganj

Habiganj Correspondent: At least three people were killed and three others were injured in separate incidents of lightning strikes at Baniachong and Nabiganj upazila of the district on Wednesday.

The deceased were known as Azim Ullah, son of Syed Ullah of Basiaparha of Baniachong sadar upazila, Shahin Mia, son of Tahir Mia of Boroiurhi of the same upazila and Abdul Jabbar, son of Ashraf Ali of Rokonpur village of Nabiganj upazila, according to locals.

The injured were ascertained as Jaher Mia of Boroiurhi village, Abdul Hekim and Askir Mia of of Moka village.
