3 labourers crushed under truck in Pabna

Pabna Correspondent: At least three labourers were crushed under truck in Nurpur by-pass area under Pabna Sadar upazila on Sunday morning.

The accident happened around 7.00am.

Another one was also injured in the accident.

The deceased were identified as Shahin Alam, 50, son of Ali Ashraf at Baludiar village under Chatmohar upazila, Ahmad Ali, 48, son of Omber Ali at Atlanka village of the same upazila, and Rabiul Islam, 50, son of Shafiqul Islam at Kachugari village.

Officer-in-Charge of Pabna Sadar Police Station Obaidul Haque said the accident took place when a timber-laden truck coming from Ishwardy overturned in the area, leaving three workers dead on the spot.
