‘Post-polls violence won’t be tolerated’

Staff Correspondent: Commander of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-13) Mozammel Haque said, “ No post-polls violence will be tolerated.”

Speaking at a press briefing at the press club premises in Rangpur on Monday afternoon, Mozammel said, “The 11^th parliamentary election has been held in a festive and peaceful manner. No major incidents took place during the polls anywhere in the country. RAB and members of other law enforcement agencies have discharged their duties more honestly.”

The RAB-13 commander said, “Post-polls violence will not be tolerated. Those who will try to carry out sabotage and violence centring the polls will be dealt with an iron fist.”
